Agreement

By using VueCut you agree to these Terms. VueCut is provided by Elgiz Tech MMC, Azerbaijan.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

VueCut Pro

Some features require VueCut Pro: weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.

Free trial

Weekly, monthly and yearly plans may start with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged automatically. We send a reminder 24 hours before the first charge if notifications are allowed.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your content

You keep all rights to your videos. You are responsible for having the rights to the material you edit and publish, including music.

AI features

AI features (subtitles, narrator, background removal and others) are provided as is and may contain mistakes. Please check the results before publishing.

Open-source components

VueCut uses open-source software and models, including Whisper (MIT) for subtitles and SAM 2 (Apache 2.0) for background removal. Their own licenses apply to those components. The narrator uses the built-in voices of your iPhone.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elgiz Tech MMC is not liable for indirect damages or loss of data. Keep copies of important videos.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without limiting your consumer rights under the laws of your country.
