How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open VueCut → Settings → Restore purchases.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → VueCut → Cancel subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
What is free?
You can use all tools and save 3 videos for free. To save more, choose VueCut Pro. Weekly, monthly and yearly plans start with 7 free days.
Do I need the internet?
No. VueCut works offline. The internet is needed only once to download AI models and voices.
Subtitles in my language are inaccurate
Choose your language in Subtitles instead of Auto. For less common languages, download the accurate model once. You can always fix the text with Edit text.
How do I delete my data?
All projects are stored only on your iPhone. Delete projects in the app or delete the app.
